This web page represents our Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) when using our website and our services to purchase products from our online store (MuleShoeVetSupply.com). The terms “we’ and “our,” as used throughout this Agreement, are in reference to Muleshoe Vet Supply.
We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time, with revisions being updated to this web page. By continuing to access or use the Muleshoe Vet Supply website, you agree to be bound by our new terms.

Shipping ***ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS***
a. Order Processing
Orders made through Muleshoe Vet Supply take 1-2 business days to process on average.
b. Shipping Perishable Items
Regarding the shipment of pharmaceuticals (i.e., vaccines) and other cold-storage products, these types of products will be shipped by our team within 1-2 business days. These items will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday.
Standard shipping is a 3-5 business day ship. These items will be shipped Monday through Friday.
c. Shipping Both Perishable and Nonperishable Items
Orders containing both perishable and nonperishable items are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you would like to purchase perishable and nonperishable items by themselves respectively, you can choose to place separate orders.
Return Policy
a. Return Guidelines
We will ONLY accept returns on products and items from the store that have not been used, punctured, or removed from their original packaging. For perishable products to be returned, they MUST still be in date (i.e., not expired).
Additionally, we DO NOT accept partial packages. Products and items must be returned in their original packaging. ANY product or item sent that does not abide by said guidelines will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds
We issue refunds for products within [30] days of accepting your returned order in accordance with our return policy (see “Return Policy” above).
